Dropside Lyre or Harp Desk

About the Item

Yet another item in the lyre collection, our Dropside Lyre or Harp Desk has a beautifully crafted top featuring figural mahogany and satinwood, all of which is hand cut and pieced together by skilled artisans. The Dropside Lyre or Harp Desk also has two dovetailed drawers for some added storage space and the two fold down dropside leaves are supported by solid mahogany arms when opened. The Dropside Desk also features a hand carved solid mahogany base with lyre shaped ends, vertical brass details as well as solid brass feet at the end of the sweeping solid mahogany, hand carved legs. Drawing inspiration form the designs of Duncan Phyfe our desk lends itself to modern living with increased width and height to fit in with todays home designs. MEASURES 38-61″W X 24″D X 30″H
