About the Item
An elegant French Mid-Century Modern Neoclassical desk in the style of Jean-Michel Frank. The piece was hand made by a small French workshop and is original in design, handsome and functional. The writing table has a classic, ebonized wood X-Frame base which supports a top and drawer in light green bonded leather outlined with a Greek key design. In addition, two copper receptacles for supplies flank the piece and the drawer is large and generous. The overall composition presents an exceptional form while being balanced and pleasing.
