About the Item

A fabolous french baroque style freestanding desk in solid stained pined. Finely handcrafted in the first half of the 20th century. Decorative decadent carvings. This fine desk will complementary many interior styles. A modern, Scandinavian or an Art Deco home decor. "Baroque furniture shares some characteristics with other artistic mediums during this period, the most distinctive being the elaborate ornamentation. Furniture pieces had plenty of details. In Baroque designs, decorative elements were never too much."
