Stunning Inlaid Mahogany Marquetry Bronze Mounted Directoire French Desk
About the Item
This desk is absolutely stunning with gorgeous mahogany done in marquetry inlay and bright bronze ormolu that is crisp and extremely well defined. The desk has two drawers and wll show darker areas on top from age and use. The finish is an older French-polished restoration that is still in good condition. The desk dates to the 1920s and measures 43.5 wide x 25.5 deep x 31 tall.
