1960's Danish Gate Leg Dining Table by Niels Koefoed
About the Item
An absolutely magnificent Danish drop leaf dining table. This iconic design is by Niels Koefoed, made by Koefoeds Horslet in the 1960’s.
The quality is outstanding, the way the joints of the drop leaf top interlock is really thing of beauty. It is very well built and heavy, with thick edges and sturdy yet elegant tapered legs.
The colour and grain patterns are gorgeous throughout. We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is absolutely superb throughout.
