About the Item
The "Arcature" table is an architectural object whose design is based on highlighting the soft and powerful pattern of the arch. It was conceived like the "masterpieces" created by journeymen carpenters at the end of their apprenticeship or as a life-size model of stylized architecture. Its design explores the subtleties that link architecture and design to create an attractive and functional object.
The "Arcature" table is handcrafted by talented French cabinetmakers who have made the most of oak wood. The structure is composed of three-ply oak assembled and veneered in oak. The technical achievement lies under the top where the eight arches form a pure cross vault.
The "Arcature table" is one of the very first creations of the Paris-based object and furniture design studio ITEM. Minimalist and expressive, this table will be the highlight of your interior.
