Rare and impressive American Neoclassical mahogany four pedestal dining table, Boston, Mass circa 1820, the thumb molded tops each a single, well figured mahogany plank, the bases beautifully carved with pineapples and scrolls, standing on line inlaid platforms, standing on reeded legs ending in original lion paw brass casters, the two "D" ends with fixed aprons, the two center sections with drop leaves, all which can be used in various combinations, the whole with rich color. A very substantial and impressive piece.
