About the Item
The presence of a table in a room is very decisive and often predominant. As a designer, I therefore started from the 'slenderness' of a table. While searching for this refined interplay of lines, the Ballerina was created, which stands elegantly on her legs. Functional because of the different sizes and shapes of the tops, graceful and dynamic because of the mobile base that forms a symbiosis with them.
About Roel Vandebeek
Roel is an all-round designer who is active in various areas within design. He founded his own office at the end of 1996 and has since worked for various national and international companies in a wide variety of sectors. His designs always start from identity. They are original, surprising products, objects and installations with a touch of humor.
