Modern Italian Fixed Table in Solid Wood and Lacquered Metal-Bontempi Collection
About the Item
Designed by Silvia&Maurizio Varsi, this fixed table is characterized by the magnificent geometry of the base, that is the right stage for the top lightness, the result is a consistent balance of shapes. The frame is in Anthracide lacquered metal, to obtain which the raw material used is folded and manufactured to acquire the desired design. It is then painted with electrostatic epoxy powder for better adherence. The powder, when baked in the oven, blends with the steel, ensuring durability over time. The top is in Walnut Solid wood. Bontempi Casa solid wood comes from precious woods, after 6/8 month drying process, the degree of humidity is reduced to 5% to resist temperature changes. They are then cut into boards and paired to make the top. A final water-based protective treatment makes it smooth. Natural knots and differences in color testify its authenticity. The Bontempi Collection is 100% Made in Italy. Bontempi is located in Camerano a village nested on the Adriatic Seaside.
