Sheraton Drop Leaf Breakfast Table

About the Item

Sheraton drop leaf breakfast table, this mahogany table has beautiful color and antique patina, especially the top and leaves with reeded edges; the two drop leaves are supported with double butterfly wings( see photo). There are identical drawers at each end with original ring pulls, the secondary wood is cedar. The nicely turned shaft has four legs extending from it with sweeping saber shape and terminate with brass cup castors. For full disclosure, two legs have minor professional repairs ( probably from the 19th century) that are strong and inconsequential to its integrity or value. With the leaves up, the table is 53.5'' wide; clearance from the floor to the apron is 25.25''.
