Tulip glass and metal space age dining table by Chromcraft USA 1970s

A rare Tulip dining table by Chromcraft USA in typical space age fashion.
Tulip shaped metal foot with a leather pad and a smoked glass top on top.
The top lays on a round brown leather surface, which provides enough friction to secure the glass top without the need to fix it with screws or bolts.
A relatively compact 120 cm diameter round top, providing for good fitment even in smaller spaces.
