This is an antique bookbinder's press table. An English, mahogany and brass drop-flap occasional table, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.

Drawer boxes crafted from beech, with light biscuit hues and dovetail joints
Flying arm rest recessed within the frame extend to support the drop-flap top
