Antique George III period satinwood oval Pembroke Table

About the Item

A fine late 18th Century shaped satinwood Pembroke Table boxwood and ebony strung throughout, having tulipwood crossbanded & mahogany moulded edged oval top, with parquetry stringing and mitred centre section having oval panel with flower & leaf border. The Table, with frieze drawer flanked by “fluted” panels supported on boxwood & ebony strung square tapering legs ending on original brass castors with leather wheels. Mesurements with flaps up: 45 inches
