Pair of Fine Late Regency Mahogany and Tulipwood Drop-Leaf Tables

About the Item

Possibly Scottish, circa 1820. Banded and burled tables with double pedestal supports with carved leafy center panels. Raised on banded legs. With serpentine stretchers. Lacking the original casters. The two can be put together as one table. Measures: Length 40", depth 20 1/2", each leaf 9 1/2", height 27 3/4" Condition: Please see detail photos. Age related scratches, spots and slight dings to both top surfaces, there is an old stable age crack (no loss) to one end of one of the tables, all mentioned for accuracy as the pair display very well.
