About the Item
Beautiful and practical vintage wall table, made in Amsterdam.
This rare and wonderfully designed cabinet / table was all handcrafted in Amsterdam in the 1970s. The combination of the warm colored nutwood and the Napoleonic Empire Style elements is an absolute joy to look at. This small size side table with its perfectly sliding drawers is of a class and style that you don't see any more in this day and age. The quality of the Empire Revival brass handles and the ancient looking goddess masks too makes this piece much more pleasant to own and look at than pieces of furniture that you find in stores today. Thanks to its small yet practical size it can be used for all kinds of purposes and it will look great in all kinds of interiors. On the bottom is the metal nameplate of the Amsterdam based maker (see image 14) and this fine piece is in very good condition and absolutely ready for you to use and enjoy.
