19th Century Country French Walnut Farm Table or Dining Table
About the Item
An early 19th century Louis XVI style Country French farm table made of solid walnut. Top is made from three planks with nice wood grain and rounded corners. Dovetailed drawer for silverware with divided interior and brass pull. Pull-out cutting board on the side. Tapered legs with brass sabots. Good craftsmanship using mortise and tenon and pegged construction. Waxed finish. A good sturdy table with normal wear for its age and use. Circa 1800-1820.
