A vintage Chinese blue glazed ceramic pedestal from the mid 20th century, with calligraphy and male figures in landscapes. Created in China during the mid-century period, this pedestal stand features a stepped square top with recessed blue glazed center and floral motifs on the outer edge. The stand showcases a different hand-painted décor on each side, alternating between calligraphy and Chinese men fishing or reading in nature. Accented with green, red or yellow geometric motifs, this vintage Chinese ceramic pedestal stand will make for a lovely addition to any home, perhaps adorned with a small plant on the top.
