About the Item
Dreamlike Art Deco table from the early epoch in Austria, circa 1920. The breathtaking shape in combination with finest Macassar wood makes this design table an absolute timeless masterpiece. The round tabletop shows a superior grain and was also countermove-veneered on the back. An additional square tray floats between four columns right under the top. Ebonized fruitwood was used for the solid base that builds the perfect contrast to the fantastic veneer of the tropical Macassar wood. A Classic hand-polished finish with ruby-shellac brings out best the beauty of this unbelievable Art Deco table.
