"Be Still" Side Table by Curious Works

About the Item

Inspired by the rippling of water, the 'Be Still' side table by Curious Works represents the pursuit of stillness. The table disappears in your environment and slowly reveals itself as you walk towards it. The aluminum reflects and distorts the surroundings; it rotates and swirls with your movement. It only becomes clear when you sit by its side, and that is when stillness is found. The side table seamlessly adapts to any setting, changing color based on its environment. Objects placed on it appear to hover, creating an optical illusion. These effects are achieved through the harmonious interaction of three distinct materials: starphire ultra-clear glass, polished aluminum, and clear acrylic. The side table is crafted for effortless assembly and disassembly, ensuring versatility. All the materials used in its structure are fully recyclable, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability.
