Beautiful French 1950ies wicker magazine stand or side table

Unknown manufactur, in the style edition Rougier, France 1960ies
Outstanding small tripod magazine stand, with spiral wicker bowl on coated steel tripod base.
We selected it because of it‘s unique, sculptural character. The wicker is bend in a spiral forming a large bowl, resting on the tripod steal base with metal handle.
The table is good vintage condition appropriate to age and wear. In the center of the bowl it shows some more signs on use in the wicker bowl. The metal base show some loss of laquer and the stand has been repainted with laquer.
According to it’s prior owner it was in his family since the late 1950ies and has once been acquired during family holidays in France.
