About the Item
This Casa Cubista Carved Wood Stool is the perfect addition to any home. Crafted from natural, Fair Trade wood and carved with a Minimalist and organic modern design, it can be used as a stool, side table, or home decor. It adds a rustic yet contemporary touch to any space.
Hand carved wood from one of the mother countries, Portugal. These beautiful pieces for your living room, dining room, or bedroom will add a rustic yet modern touch. The wood is Portuguese chestnut. Use this carved wooden stool as an accent table, extra seating, or a sculptural piece.
Size: 18in high by 12in in diameter
Care Instructions:
To clean all carved wood pieces, please wipe with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. All pieces are lightly finished with a water-based matte varnish.
About the Woodcarver:
Bernadinho is a third generation master woodcarver and makes all of wood trays and stools out of Portuguese chestnut wood. Working in wood is a family tradition he's justifiably proud of - his father was renowned for carving the intricate decorative yokes worn by oxen in local parades.
