About the Item
Our Column Leg side table in raw fiberglass is part of our 'Column' serie designed my Elin Aschberg in 2018. It has a compact table top in raw fiberglass. The unique surface resembles marble and is smooth to the touch.
With an essentialistic approach we create laboriously crafted furniture and objects by exploring the raw nature of materials and pushing its limits to find balance. We are drawn to giving soul to traditionally industrial material.
The table is water polished with a waxed finish with a satin gloss. Can be produced with UV-resistant coating, always with a subtle satin gloss.
All our objects are hand layered by skilled craftsmen in Sweden. Each one with personal irregularities told by the hand, the season and the conditions. Therefore each item will vary somewhat in colour and detail.

VAVA Objects
Founded by Elin Aschberg and Esmeralda Vidfar in 2023 as the creative synthesis of their backgrounds in art and design. With an essentialistic approach they create laboriously crafted furniture and objects by exploring the raw nature of materials and pushing its limits to find balance. The objects are hand made by master artisans. Each one with personal irregularities told by the hand, the season and the conditions. This is the beautiful nature of the fibreglass craftsmanship and why it is left raw.
