Mid-Century Louis XV Style Marble Top Carved Bleached Oak Side Table
About the Item
Place this elegant table in a bedroom or use it as a side table next to a chair or sofa in your living room. Almost square in shape and built in oak by Don Ruseau Inc. circa 1970, the delicate table stands on cabriole legs decorated with acanthus leaves at the shoulders, and ending with hoof feet. The table features a scalloped apron embellished with hand carved shell and floral motifs on all four sides. The surface is dressed with a variegated rust and white marble top decorated with raised edges. The Louis XV style Provencal table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich bleached patinated finish. Restoration to marble but invisible.
