Slagelse Danish Mid-Century Two-Tier Walnut End Table

About the Item

This stunning Danish mid-century two-tier end table is a finely crafted piece by leading Scandinavian manufacturer Slagelse, c. 1940's-50's. From the earlier decades of the Danish modern period, this table is imbued with vestiges of Art Deco design. Turned spindle sides connect two crescent bases to a lower wooden tier, all topped with glass featuring a gorgeous etched bell flower wreath.
