Wrought gilt iron floor ashtray, tripod stand or pedestal, 1940s.
An stylish hand-hammered iron standing ashtray with foliage details and wavy edged top. It has a nice patina with gold leaf finish.
It stands on a tripod base with leaf feet. A handle on the top to hold it.
This piece is in excellent vintage condition.
The Murano glass bowls shown at the images are avaliable at our 1stdibs marketplace.
Lovely to be used as an ashtray, small drinks table or candle stand or standing vide-poche.
