About the Item
This is our traditionally made solid oak 'Tavern' table made right here in Yorkshire by our fabulous carpenter Richard. The design is inspired by an original 18th century example we found.
The proportions make a versatile table that can be used in a number of different ways. The addition of the lower shelf is something rarely seen but makes it to us a more practical and interesting piece to add to your home.
Made from American Red oak for its durability and strong grain.
Finished in a clear oil to protect the table against moisture.

These are our 'Brokkr' martini table. Made right here in Yorkshire by Sam our blacksmith from forged steel. Every detail is beaten and shaped by hand from the patina on the table to the tools used to create this table. The tools themselves were made specifically for this design making it truly unique.
Fabulous patina is given to the table through the process of manufacture. The central stem with swage detail is made from one bar and shaped by hand. The top and base plate are cut, then hammered and pressed to shape meaning you get an attractive irregularity because of the hand made nature.
