Add authentic old world European character and charm with this distinctive antique writing table / games table with beautifully aged warm rustic heavily distressed patina.
Born in Continental Europe in the 19th century, hand-crafted of solid pine with rich grain patterns, featuring an inset worn embossed leather top with chessboard, crown, stylized cross and fleur-de-lis motif, pine frame with quality dovetailed frieze drawer and simple chamfer beveled detail, rising on turned baluster-form legs.
Versatile; having the ideal size and proportions for a variety of different uses, including as a handsome hall console or sofa table, small scale work bench, writing desk, library table or kids desk, masculine wabi-sabi accent table, and more..
