19th C. Chinese Occasional Table w/its Original Finish & Old Joinery Repairs

About the Item

A Chinese wooden occasional table from the 19th century. This beautifully-rustic antique table from China features a framed-board and rectangular-shaped top with fabulous old joinery repairs, with carved-brackets supporting it's underside and curvy stretcher bracers giving an airy-skirting affect. The table is presented upon four rounded legs, braced along all sides with rounded wood supports. The table retains its original finish, with remnants of darker areas still showing about the top frame, brackets and legs, with more lighter wood in the middle- a lovely old patina, and great show of age and it's prior history. This 19th century Chinese wood table will add that bit of warmth and casualness to your home.
