Eighteenth Century George III Table

About the Item

This unique table has the original finish and patina. The top has an ogee molded edge. The drawer is crossbanded with mahogany and has boxwood edging and string inlay. The drawer also has its original hardware and pulls out to reveal two drop support wings that fold up and are supported by the recessed pull-out slides on either side of the drawer. The front legs are inlaid with boxwood string inlay, and to enhance the facade, there is applied skirt molding around the front and sides.
