European Wooden Table w/Scalloped Apron, Nicely Turned Legs & X-Stretcher
About the Item
A European carved and painted wood occasional table from the 20th century. This vintage table from Europe has a rectangular-shaped top which rest above an apron which houses a single drawer at one long side, and sweetly carved with scallops about all four sides. The table is presented upon four nicely-turned and outwardly canted legs, which are braced at their ankles with an x-shaped wooden stretcher. There is a custom finish in dark taupe w/hints of grey, which still allow some of the wood to show through from beneath in areas. The table breaks down into two parts for easier transport and installation. This vintage European table, with its sweetly carved skirt and nicely canted legs, would make a great little breakfast, games, or occasional table for your home.
