About the Item

“Meteorite” represent the research of an emotion, a narration of shapes and material that combines the complexity of marble with the strictness of steel. These marble meteors magnify the spaces. Colors and lines create shadows and movement like an artist’s palette. The sculpting approach seems to be moved towards a paradox searching the impossible. Thanks to this unique technique each meteor shows its delicate shapes carved from the cold steel. In this version the meteor is presented with the fusion of a “Invisible Grey” marble top with a sculpture with an internal structure and an oval steel base. This unique piece was also presented at Art Basel 2017 in Miami and it was exhibited at Romero Britto's Gallery in Miami from 2017 to 2020.
