Quartz Liz Baby Love Side Table Hand Sculpted by Element & Co

About the Item

Quartz Eli baby love side table hand sculpted by Element & Co. Dimensions: 35 Ø x 60 cm Materials: Rose quartz, precious stone Elisabeth Love is totally sculpted in rose quartz. Its curved lines and circular shape turn this piece into a sculpture that softens the atmosphere and provides harmony with a sensual color. elementandco is a multidisciplinary studio based in Madrid, created by French-Spanish designer Sasha Sanchez and Taiwanese-Spanish designer Bryan Ou Yang. The creators of the firm share their fascination for bespoke furniture, textures design and a long experience in the field of luxury, Fine jewelry, interior design and architecture. Bryan Ou Yang, graduated of Escola Massana. Art and Design School in Barcelona. Sasha Sanchez graduated in International Business in Sorbonne Université of Paris and master degree in Elisava, Barcelona School of design. Both share a multicultural profile and a creative philosophy that is summarised in a know-how that distinguishes them. The studio is constantly redefining the boundary of design, from interior design to furniture design. Not in an abstract way but realistically by creating objects, developing materials and textures and defining new design identities. The characteristics of elementandco design are translucency, emotional coloring, flow of energies through attractive forms and precious stones. It is only when you come to use the objects or encounter the space that you realize the designs are not just about superficial beauty but that considerable thought as also gone into their functionality. Design originates from a story board with people as the central focus, then incorporates an element of discovery and unpredictability into the design. Each project design is like a perfume with the first, the second and the third note. At first the design seems cool and abstract, but when you interact with it, something magic unexpected happens... a smile appears on your face and finally the more you use it the more you feel attached to it.

  • Ash Side Table Wolf Sculpted by Lupo Horiōkami
    Located in Geneve, CH
Ash side table wolf sculpted by Lupo Horiokami Dimensions: D 38 x W 43 x H 50 cm Materials: Ash wood “The artwork [...] arises when the mind is willing to accept reality as it was the first time it meets it” (“aesthetics of the void”, g. pasqualotto, marsilio). And if the futurists no longer wanted to have any relationship with the past but to concentrate on the dynamic present, lupo horiokami, with his art, seems to want to focus on the theme of continuous impermanence. East and west in comparison, in a synthesis where space (emptiness) and time (inconsistent) are the masters, where relativity and emptiness (“mu” in zen buddhism) merge with heidegger’s planning of “dasein”. Lupo’s emancipation naturally translates into space. Empty space, in the most eastern sense of the term, devoid of mental conditionings (“mushin” in Japanese), a preliminary presupposition for manifesting, producing, originating from “nothing”. Empty space to accentuate the innate temporary beauty of things: from the traditional Japanese tattoo...
