Bruno Munari was one of the greatest protagonists of art, design and graphics of the 20th century."[1] He made fundamental contributions in different fields of visual (painting, sculpture, cinematography, industrial design, graphic design) and non-visual (writing, poetry, didactics) expression with multifaceted research on the theme of movement, light and the development of creativity and imagination in childhood through play. Bruno Munari is a Leonardesque figure, among the most important figures of the Italian twentieth century.
