Pair of large french 1950’s acrylic abstract panels circa 1950.
Here we offer an ideal opportunity to create an installation piece. Without back lighting these panels have a appearance like marble, so they are smooth on one side and media is exposed on the other.
They have been photographed with front light, front light with a black back drop behind, and then lit from behind. This has been photographed with both surfaces facing. Please note the studio pole is creating a shadow behind the piece and is not there in real life.
These were commissioned as lightbox installation panels as they have evidence of being previously hung. 1 panel is signed in the bottom corner tiomes or timues but we can't trace the artist.
