Bold and enigmatic, this large scale abstract triptych combines the hand of man and the hand of nature. The form has a Minimalist simplicity: three sheets of metal are set within black wooden frames. The surface of the metal combines human intervention—rivets, scratches, sanding—with the natural effects of time upon the Material. The resulting color palette of warm bronze, dark steel and ghostly white, inflected with bright touches of rust creates a subtle and compelling Industrial composition.
