L’idea di progetto si basa su due elementi fondamentali: la cornice “contenitore” e il tema “contenuto”.
Il tratto di ispirazione barocca intende fondere in una sorta di gemellaggio culturale l’origine romana e la destinazione pugliese delle opere.
Nella loro diversità, le opere : Circum I e Circum II appaiono in qualche modo interdipendenti, pensate in una sorta di intercambiabilità di senso e di valori.
Nata a Roma nel 1961, attiva nel salento artisticamente dalla fine degli anni ’90 l'artista Livia Cannella attraverso una costante ricerca espressiva, coniuga la cultura urbana dello spazio pubblico con il suo portato teatrale e rappresentativo, delineando forme e caratteristiche di una progettualità “site specific” particolarmente orientata alla valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale.
The project idea is based on two fundamental elements: the "container" frame and the "content" theme.
The Baroque-inspired trait intends to merge the Roman origins and the Apulian destination of the works in a sort of cultural twinning.
In their diversity, the works: Circum I and Circum II appear somehow interdependent, conceived in a sort of interchangeability of meaning and values.
Born in Rome in 1961, active in Salento artistically since the end of the 90s, the artist Livia Cannella, through constant expressive research, combines the urban culture of public space with its theatrical and representative scope, outlining the forms and characteristics of a project " site specific” particularly oriented towards the valorization of cultural heritage.

MarianoLight è stata fondata nel 1898. Fin dalla sua fondazione Marianolight ha sviluppato un portfoglio internazionale nel campo dell'illuminazione per eventi occupandosi di eventi, vetrine, sfilate, installazioni per festival. Per 120 anni non ci siamo mai fermati nella ricerca e innovazione dell'illuminazione, lavorando in 21 paesi tra cui: Francia, Cina, USA, Egitto.
Da Giugno l'architetto Giulio Mariano, ha dato inizio ad un nuovo entusiasmante progetto: lo showroom "The Tube" inaugurato nella splendida Lecce.
Questo progetto vede coinvolti architetti e designer italiani che hanno personalmente disegnato una collezione limited edition di luminarie d'autore.
Tutte le nostre luminarie sono accompagnate da un certificato di autenticità e firma. Hanno un numero limitato di pezzi che possono essere realizzati solo su specifica richiesta. MarianoLight was founded in 1898. Since its foundation, Marianolight has developed an international portfolio in the field of event lighting, dealing with events, shop windows, fashion shows, festival installations. For 120 years we have never stopped in lighting research and innovation, working in 21 countries including: France, China, USA, Egypt.
Since June the architect Giulio Mariano has started a new exciting project: the "The Tube" showroom inaugurated in splendid Lecce.
This project involves Italian architects and designers who have personally designed a limited edition collection of designer lights.
