Eye-catching Majolica glazed ceramic trompe l'oeil plate attributed to Vallauris. France, 1960s.
This large plate has a black background and a colorful trompe l'oeil decoration composed by fishes, seaweeds and vegetables. This plate will be lovely placed alone or with other similar wall plates creating a wall composition.
It would be a nice accent in a kitchen or dining room for a countryside house or as a funny accent in a modern urban house.
