New York Subway Sign, Ninth Ave, mix media and resin, custom
About the Item
The New York Subway Sign, Ninth Ave, is designed and finished by hand in our Toronto studio.
The image is a vintage subway sign recreated digitally and mounted to artist board. The image is then aged by appling layers of glaze to recreate a aged vintage effect. The final artwork is then seal in a layer of gloss resin.
The sign is constructed from hardware and smooth birch ply to create stable and durable surface to accept the artwork.
This design can be customized in size and images. See gallery for other street names, A 8th ave and Broadway Express
