The design is a play with texture and softness by using different heights of wool, and the user is encouraged to touch the object to sense it fully. Ro Rug is part of the Furry Objects series, a study on tactility and form, and an invitation to spark people’s imagination.

Kihnu
Kihnu is a London based design studio working with furniture, installation and textiles. The studio is founded by Danish textile designer Kristina Kazantseva, shortly after finishing her MA at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Kihnu explores the intersection between art and design, bringing a new, experimental and playful approach to familiar objects. The designs encourage us to feel the texture and surface of the materials. Kihnu's work is collected by design enthusiasts across 4 continents and has been featured in publications such as The Financial Times.
