Majolica mythological platter which features four figural panels molded with Juno, Neptune, Mercury and Selene signed Minton, circa 1856.
This platter had a rare turquoise blue background is an example of the Renaissance Revival at the end of the 19th century. The early Majolica production was very inspired by the Renaissance.
