Etching on paper mounted on paperboard titled "La Danse Apache" original design and copyright of Louis Icart 1929 in excellent condition. The artwork is hand signed by the artist, signed by the editor and the artist's copyright, numbered "20", and blind stamped. Framed in black and gilt wood and clear glass. The title translates to the Apache dance which is a reference to a type of waltz dance associated with early 20th century Parisian street culture that was theatrical in form and alluded to a ferocious exchange between man and woman.
