An exquisite Italian circa 1780 large scale ink and watercolor on paper neoclassical architectural elevation proposal for a theatre hall inscribed at the top "Pensiero della Salla del Teatro Nuovo" and signed indistinctly upper left corner. Sight: 25.75" x 18.5". Labeled to the reverse as conservation mounted and glazed by Jerry Solomon Enterprises of Los Angeles in a lambs tongue and bead motif giltwood frame with French matting.
