About the Item

A set of eight original 19th Century Chinese watercolour paintings on rice paper of flowers, butterflies and other insects. From the studio of Yungqua Canton – Circa 1850. Yungqua (active mid-19th Century) was a Chinese artist. Known for creating artwork for the export market, including botanical and floral compositions on rice paper.
