Based on Vladimir Nabokov's 1955 novel of the same name, Stanley Kubrick's Lolita was released in 1962. The film was highly controversial and heavily censored upon release, however is regarded as a strong commercial and critical success.
This beautiful French-release poster is from the original 1962 release of the film and depicts the iconic image of Sue Lyon as Lolita with a lollipop in her mouth.
