About the Item
Influential and iconic, the wild & roaring series "Mad Max" began in 1979 and continues strong to this day. Set in a barbaric post-apocalyptic Australia starred Mel Gibson as the titular Max in the first trilogy, followed by Tom Hardy in "Fury Road".
Each film has been a critical and commercial success, with the 2nd and 4th editions of the series considered among the greatest action films of all time.
This brilliant poster for the original in the series features stunning artwork from John Hamagami and is from the original 1979 international release of the film.
