Steven Spielberg's timeless tear jerking tale of a young boy's friendship with a stranded extraterrestrial was both widely critically acclaimed and enormously commercially successful, outperforming 'Star Wars' to become the highest-grossing film of all time until Spielberg surpassed himself with 'Jurassic Park' in 1993. This Japanese B2 poster features a combination of the 'clouds' style artwork seen on the advance US One Sheet and John Alvin's 'fingers touching' artwork as used on the theatrical release US One Sheet.
