A very charming 19th Century French billiards lithograph depicting a raucous Billiards game taking place in a tavern. The main title at the top is “Études de Moeurs” (Studies of manners) with the subtitle centre bottom being ‘Les Gros Bonnets de L’endroit’ (The Big Hats of the place). Text in lower margins reads ‘Linder Pinxit, Régnier, Bettannier, Morlon lith’.
