Large Early Original Antique Drink Advertising Poster - Bitter Campari Aperitif

About the Item

Original antique three panel drink advertising poster for the Italian bitter aperitif alcohol brand Campari featuring a striking oval framed Art Nouveau style design by the notable German painter, illustrator, set and costume designer considered the "father of Italian poster art" Adolfo Hohenstein (1854-1928) depicting two smartly dressed men with moustaches, wearing suits and bowler hats and holding their walking canes under the small table, being served Campari by a waiter against a red and yellow background, the Bitter Campari text below in bold letters. Large size. Very good condition, staining on margins of each panel, ink stamp on bottom right corner, backed on linen.
