Original vintage World War Two period poster advertising The Saturday Evening Post magazine issued on 31 January 1942 featuring a cover art design by John Clymer (b 1917) depicting warships sailing by snow topped mountains in Alaska with military planes flying overhead and a totem pole in the foreground, the bold stylised lettering above and rest of the text in red below - The War Is A Race To Make Things. Good condition, restored paper loss and tears, staining, backed on linen.
