Original vintage American World War Two recruitment poster - For your country's sake today For your own sake tomorrow Go to the nearest recruiting station of the armed service of your choice - featuring a stunning illustration by Harry Steele Savage (1898-1970) showing four young ladies dressed in the different military uniforms of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC), the Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service US Navy (WAVES), the Marine Corps Women's Reserve and the Coast Guard Women's Reserve (SPARS), set against a dark blue background with the stylised text diagonally in white above and below, and the recruitment information in bold at the bottom. Issued by the Recruiting Publicity Bureau United States Army. Good condition, creasing, tears.
